and timely treatments are planned. One of our physicians is
on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week and is always accessible
to you and your referring physician in case of an emergency.

We will respect your privacy and not release any information
to third parties unless we have a signed release from you.

You will receive a thorough medical evaluation as outlined
below, prior to establishing a treatment plan.
Your first visit includes:
- A detailed medical history and physical
examination
- Review of all past diagnostic and treatment
data
- Medication History
- Radiological Test: X-ray, CT, MRI,
and Bone Scans
- Neurological Test: EMG, NCV and SSEP
- Laboratory Test
- Surgical Reports
- Development of a comprehensive and
individualized treatment plan
